RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE- ON CALL
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer. The position is also responsible for greeting customers, cash register transactions, gift-wrapping, stocking sales floor, maintaining a clean working environment and assisting guests with their needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
- Facilitates retail sales, including customer assistance and follow-up.
- Operates cash register and handles money.
- Cleans and maintains the appearance of all merchandise and customer areas.
- Answers customer inquiries and tends to their requests.
- Follows established procedures regarding gift-wrapping and merchandising.
- Assists in receiving, marking and taking of inventory.
- Perform administrative duties as required.
- Maintain a fashion centric image and environment.
- Communicates effectively with customers and all levels of employees.
- Distinguishes between different denominations of currency and make change.
- Reviews and comprehends all necessary documentation.
- Inspects and maintains areas for which responsible.
- Uses the equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, exercise equipment, spa facilities, computer and cash register.
- Basic math skills and 10-key experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Prior money-handling experience required.
- Ability to think quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Must be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
- Superior guest service skills and excellent communication required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Computer skills and multi phone line experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a high school degree or equivalent, as well as through nine (9) months of on-the-job training or equivalent experience.
