Learn the story of Underground Railroad conductor, John Carter
and his remarkable family, from local researcher Jan Vetrhus.
Leaders in business, church, education and politics, the Carters
helped shape 19th Century Madison. The presentation will be held
in the Madison library auditorium and is open to the public.
