This position is a full-time sales position focused on new/former/or current clients expanding relationships with the company. Selling our quality HVAC brands and our commitment of Delivering Customized Comfort to residential, contractors, and commercial contacts through the prescribed market areas and where needed. This position will play an important role in enhancing client relationships with the company. You will be expected to represent the company at community events and to build your professional network. Personal and company success will come from customer satisfaction and loyalty through great customer experience.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling efforts.
  • Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Utilize software, such as Field Edge or Proposal Pro, to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in territory management.
Experience
  • Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or B2C sales is essential.
  • Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to deliver compelling product demos.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
