Job Overview
RECEPTIONIST is responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and disseminating all to the team via the agency management system.  Primary duties require the ability to drive retention through a seamless customer experience providing servicing needs of the account as directed by the Commercial Lines and Personal Lines CSS.  Responsible for managing workload through EPIC agency management system.  Handling client billing with the insured and Insurance carrier.  Internal office duties required including, but not limited to answering of phones, filing, data entry, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Reports to Personal Lines Customer Service Supervisor
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them efficiently through the office staff
  • Completes all Customer service objectives as directed by CSS
  • Enhances retention for PERSONAL LINES through seamless efficient service experience
  • Provides feedback to CSS to improve customer standard of care within work role
  • Backup to the primary receptionist
