Red Bicycle Revue: An Evening with Frogbelly & Symphony
Do you like old time radio shows? New-fangled podcasts? Then come on down for a recording of the Red Bicycle Revue, a new series coming to the Incomparable Radio Network, theincomparable.com. Our musical guests this time out are Frogbelly & Symphony.
If you had to describe their genre, Frogbelly & Symphony would be progressive rock echoes through folk landscapes, with urban poetry, pop melodies, repetitive chants and experimental segues. The quartet splits their time between Sheffield, England, and Brooklyn, NY. We think you'll like them.
If you'd like to give a listen, check them out on Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/
Or visit their website: http://
What is a Red Bicycle Revue? It's music and comedy, with songs and sketches, some interview time with the band. Like "O Madison" and "Madison Graffiti," the series is written and hosted by David J. Loehr. Think of it as a River Valley Companion.
Our performance will be recorded as two episodes with an intermission in between. Episodes will be released later on the Incomparable Radio Network, available through iTunes and your preferred podcast listening apps. (We like Overcast and Downcast ourselves, but there are several good ones out there.)
