Health Science Summer Camp
Ivy Tech Community College is hosting a free, educational summer camp June 14-16 at its Madison campus to introduce students who will be in the 9th and 10th grades next year to career opportunities in the fields of health science. The camp will be held at Ivy Tech Madison, and lunch will be provided each day.
Students attending the free, three-day camp will have the following experiences:
- Explore career opportunities in the fields of health sciences
- Meet and interact with medical professionals who will mentor them
- Enjoy hands-on experiences through learning and interactive fun activities
- Identify high school classes to help prepare them for careers while also earning college credit
- Participate in service-learning projects
The camps are coordinated as a partnership between Ivy Tech, local school corporations, and health care facilities.
